This was totally unplanned. I saw lights coming out of the church... went inside and had a triple treat that night: heard mass, saw familiar friendly faces and had the opportunity to take these photos.

Since it was razed to the ground by the conflagration of 1969, I have always been unimpressed by the spartan interior of this church... until you took this grand shot from the choir's sweeping perspective. Beautiful! Do I sound like I haven't been inside a church in ages? ;-)
ReplyDeletethanks ray... yeah i guess, you haven't been inside this church, in particular, for years... but then again, i think the renovation was more recent like five or so years ago...
