i discovered quadtones in one of my readings. sort of tried it on one of my photos and i liked it. it definitely will stay.

i took this photo during one of the gatherings amongst friends celebrating the birthday of bea. i saw micah playing gleefully with michelle with the light source coming from the open doorway and the light bouncing off the floor. this photo was originally taken in color and i decided to convert it to black and white and topped it off with a quadtone finish. the effect is truly amazing.

...sat beside me, pulled my camera, poked at the lens leaving smudges, ran after the tournament ball, asked for water and be carried, cried a bit here and there as she was being noticed by friends, smiles and kisses, a giggle and a grin... largely, she had fun at the sportfest...

as part of the arrangement, if michelle is not in country, i tag along micah to travels that i have to do... in one of those trips... i burst into laughter seeing what she was doing at the back of the car as we cruise along the highway going to koh kong... and this is usually what she does on travels... entertain herself.

during the celebration of purim... she played Queen Ester... that wasn't difficult letting her wear the tiara - she didnt notice that she was wearing one , for if she does - it would go flying...

again, this dress was sewn by the aunt of my sister-in-law...

micah met a friend in the palace...

one of the interesting things during the grand palace tour was when micah met this interesting icon... a monkey figure... she treated it like it was interacting with her... look at the photos...

for the weekend that i was not able to be with micah full time... i made it a point that i spend the whole afternoon with her (the following monday - april 23, 2009)... thought of having a visit to the royal palace of cambodia... it was a sweltering hot afternoon but was so much filled with fun and laughter - with micah's laugh reverberating through the palace grounds... i am so glad i brought her there... photos shows how happy she was...
